junk!
I get the thing and it doesn't work, my husband bought it early for my birthday and just gave it to me yesterday, now I went to use it today and it doesn't even work and it tells me the return window has expired. after it took 8 weeks to get here. Very irritated!!!!!
It did not work at all
My caregiver and I looked over directions and thought it is odd the coils have no protection. When I plugged it in, it began to smoke and I unplugged it fast. When caregiver came, the same but it shut down and never ran again. We read and reread before using it to make sure we had it right. I want all of my money back. Honest, I don't think I will use Amazon again. I can't get out in winter to shop and tried Amazon. I look bad because my purchases are not good ones but my caregivers can verify the truth. Witnesses are good. I want to shop Amazon.
