Steam Mop S3202
My wife liked the first Steam Mop S3202 so we need to get the exact same model.
The new mop works fine.
Terrible Waranty
I don't think I had this mop for more than a couple years maximum, and I did not overuse it at all. I took very good care of it. It stopped working entirely for no reason. No electricity. They wouldn't help me at all in their customer service department, and tried to sell me another product instead of taking ownership of their faulty one. I like the idea of steam cleaning although it is not a miracle worker, but I am going to look at other brands now.
great steam mop with extra long cord
I have had this item previously and loved it. I finally wore it out. Could not find in any stores and very limited on line.
You can seem to find the original steam mop with a slightly smaller water well, and a power cord 5 foot smaller. Really like the larger water well and the extra 5 foot of cord of this model it makes a big difference. However both do a good job.
Wish Shark would remake these.
