Not an Oreck
This is not an Oreck Sweeper, it is their "Private Label" sweeper from "Oreck". Not worth the expense, and of extremely poor quality and performance. Don't buy... Very Good ORECK Portable Electric Sweeper
This is NOT a replacement for a regular Oreck vaccuum cleaner, but great for pick-up jobs where you don't want to haul out the vac, plug in, etc. and want that complete portability.
We have a 5-story apartment building, and it does a great job when policing the halls, lobby and clubrooms. I would definitely recommend this product.
I am In love for the second time
I purchased one 4 years ago when I was having significant back surgery and knew my movements would be limited. I have a 100 pound Labrador retriever who sheds. Now I have another dog who sheds as well. My first Oreck sweeper is still working, but I saw this one on Amazon and jumped on it. I paid several times the price at an Oreck store. So now I have two and I love them both. The long brush is perfect for picking up animal hair. I highly recommend this, and if I could afford it I'd have more. The battery lasts for an unbelievably long time. One negative I have heard over and over about the Dyson. Get this and you'll never regret it, and come back wanting more.
