XtremepowerUS (GREEN) IN / ABOVE GROUND AUTOMATIC SWIMMING POOL CLEANER HOVER

a necessary evil
This is a replacement of another brand of vaccuum of similar style but from a different amazon seller that only lasted 18 months. This one works well and i am pleased thus far. It is inexpensive but does the same job as the more pricey ones. As long as the pool is properly chlorinated this vaccuum is well suited to pick up the daily dust and debri that gets in the pool.

For Once.... Bargain is a Bargain
Pool vacs are expensive. I've gone through having a similar model I got for free when I first got my pool to a mechanical, $500 tank that apparently had too many moving parts that it knew what to do with (broke down within about a year).

I am really happy with this purchase. I believe I paid $80... and since the order was delayed (really only slightly), the vendor gave me a 10% refund.

As for the product... It works as well as the similarly designed products costing $250-$300. Mine is doing a superb job cleaning the entire pool and not getting hung-up anywhere. Maybe just for me... but I threw the thing in the pool without weights and have the valve sucking up water/debris on full-blast. So, money well spent!

Pool cleaner
Comparable to cleaners you would pay a couple hundred more for. Does great job. Only slight complaint is that it does get stuck around pool ladder, at times (but so did my other cleaner). This is nice because it comes with the hoses and costs about the same for the entire unit that I had been paying for just one replacement part for my Zodiac.
